ARTICLE 1: DEFINITIONS
Terms and definitions used in these conditions:
- Time for reflection: The period within which the client can exercise his right of withdrawal.
- Client: the natural person not acting as a professional or business and who is entering into a mail order contract with Mooie Muntjes.
- Day: Calendar day.
- Transaction Duration: a distance contract concerning a series of products whereby the supply and/or purchase is spread over a certain period of time.
- Durable medium: Any means that enables either the client or Mooie Muntjes to store information directed to him personally, in a way that facilitates future consultation and unaltered reproduction of the stored information.
- Right of withdrawal: the right for clients to cancel a contract for mail orders within the time for reflection.
- Mooie Muntjes: The entity that offers mail order products to clients.
- Distance Contract: An agreement in the context of a system organized by Mooie Muntjes for selling products by mail order, which applies until the agreement is concluded and which is exclusively executed by one or more means of distance communication.
- Technology for distance communication: means that can be used to conclude a contract, without the client and Mooie Muntjes being together in the same room.

ARTIKEL 3: APPLICABILITY
- These general conditions apply to every offer by Mooie Muntjes and any agreement reached at a distance between Mooie Muntjes and clients.
- Before concluding a distance contract, the text of these general conditions is made available to the client. If this is not reasonably possible, at the request of the client these will be sent - free of charge - as soon as possible and before the distance contract is concluded.
- If the distance contract is concluded electronically, notwithstanding the previous paragraph and before the distance contract is concluded, the text of these general conditions are made available electronically to the client in such a way that the client can simply store the text on a data storage medium. If this is not reasonably possible, before the distance contract is concluded the client will be informed where and how the general conditions can be consulted electronicly and they will be sent free of charge at the request of the client electronically or otherwise.
ARTICLE 4: THE OFFERS
- If an offer has a limited duration or is subject to conditions, this will be explicitly stated in the offer.
- The offer includes a complete and accurate description of the products offered. The description is sufficiently detailed to allow a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. If Mooie Muntjes uses images, these are a true reflection of the products offered. Mooie Muntjes can not be held responsible for obvious mistakes or errors in the offer.
- Each offer contains such information that it is clear to the client what rights and obligations are attached to accepting the offer. This concerns in particular the following:
- the price including taxes;
- any costs of delivery;
- how the contract will be concluded and what actions are required;
- whether or not the right of withdrawal applies;
- the method of payment, delivery and how the contract is to be executed;
- the deadline for accepting the offer, or the period for which Mooie Muntjes guarantees the price;
- in what languages, besides Dutch, the contract can be concluded.
ARTICLE 5: THE CONTRACT
- The contract is - subject to the provisions of paragraph 4 - concluded at the time the client accepts the offer and meets the corresponding conditions.
- If the client has accepted the offer electronically, Mooie Muntjes confirms immediately by electronically sending a receipt of acceptance of the offer. As long as receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed by Mooie Muntjes, the client may rescind the contract.
- If the contract is created electronically, Mooie Muntjes takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the electronic transfer of data and ensure a safe web environment. If the client can pay electronically, Mooie Muntjes will take appropriate security measures.
- Mooie Muntjes can - within the law - inform whether the client can meet its payment obligations, and of all those facts and factors that are important to a sound conclusion of the distance contract. If as a result of this investigation Mooie Muntjes has found sound reasons not to enter into the agreement, they are entitled to refuse the order or request, or to implement special conditions.
- On delivery of the products Mooie Muntjes will supply the following information in writing or in such a way that it can be stored by the client in an accessible manner on a durable medium:
- the address of the establishment of Mooie Muntjes where client can lodge complaints;
- the conditions and how the client can exercise the right of withdrawal, or a clear statement regarding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal;
- information about guarantees and after sales service;
- the data included in article 4 paragraph 3 of these conditions, unless this information is already provided to the client before the execution of the contract.
ARTICLE 6: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
- When purchasing products, the client has 7 days to terminate the contract without giving any reason. This period commences on the day following receipt of the product by the client or by a representative designated in advance by the constomer.
- During this period the client will handle the product and packaging with care. He will unpack the product only in sofar is necessary to assess whether he wishes to retain the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to Mooie Muntjes, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by Mooie Muntjes.
ARTICLE 7: COSTS IN CASE OF WITHDRAWAL
- If the client exercises his right of withdrawal, he will not be charged more then the cost of return shipping cost. The manner of return must be at least equivalent to the original delivery.
- If the client has paid any amount, Mooie Muntjes will refund this amount as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after the return or cancellation.
ARTICLE 8: THE PRICE
- The prices of the products can be modified.
- The products prices include (non refundable) Dutch VAT tax.
ARTICLE 9: DELIVERY AND IMPLEMENTATION
- Mooie Muntjes shall exercise the greatest possible care when receiving and implementing orders for products.
- The place of delivery is the address that the client has stated to Mooie Muntjes.
- Subject to what is stated in Article 4 of these terms and conditions, Mooie Muntjes will implement accepted orders expeditiously but not later than 7 days after receipt of the order, unless a longer delivery has been agreed. If delivery is delayed or if an order can not or only partially executed, the client is notified within 2 days after placing the order. In this case the client has the right to terminate the agreement without penalty.
- In case of cancellation of the contract in accordance with the preceding paragraph, Mooie Muntjes will refund the amount that the client paid as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after cancellation of the contract.
- The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Mooie Muntjes until the moment of delivery to the client or a pre-designated and announced representative, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
ARTICLE 10: PAYMENT
- Unless otherwise agreed, the amounts owed by the client to be paid within 14 days after the start of the period of reflexion referred to in Article 6 paragraph 1.
- The client has the duty to inform Mooie Muntjes immediately about inaccuracies in data supplied or specified payment.
- In case of default by the client Mooie Muntjes has the right - subject to legal limitations - to charge the client reasonable costs which are made known in advance.
ARTICLE 11: COMPLAINTS
- Complaints about the execution of the contract must promptly, fully and clearly described and submitted to Mooie Muntjes, after the consumer has discovered the defects. At Mooie Muntjes submitted complaints are responded within 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint needs a foreseeable longer processing time to be responded, Mooie Muntjes responds within the period of 14 days with a notice of receipt and an indication when the client may expect a more detailed answer.
- If the complaint can not be resolved by mutual agreement, it becomes subject to dispute.
ARTICLE 12: DISPUTES
- Contracts between Mooie Muntjes and the clients of these terms refer only to Dutch law.
- Disputes between clients and Mooie Muntjes on the creation or implementation of contracts concerning goods to be delivered by Mooie Muntjes or products supplied, may - subject as provided below – either by the client or Mooie Muntjes be presented to the Arbitration Committee Webshop, PO 90600, 2509 LP The Hague (www.sgc.nl).
- A dispute is handled by the Arbitration Committee only if the client's complaint was submitted within a reasonable time to Mooie Muntjes.
- Within three months after the dispute arose, the dispute has to be submitted in writing to the Arbitration Committee.
- If the client wants to submit a dispute to the Arbitration Committee, Mooie Muntjes is bound by this choice. When Mooie Muntjes wants to do this, the client is requested within five weeks to state in writing if he agrees with submittance to the Arbitration Committee, or if he prefers to take the dispute to court. If the client fails to inform Mooie Muntjes his choice within the period of five weeks, then Mooie Muntjes shall be entitled to submit the dispute to court.
- The Arbitration Committee's decision is subject to the conditions as stipulated in the regulations of the Arbitration Committee. The decisions of the Arbitration Committee take the form of binding advice.
- The Arbitration Committee will not handle a dispute or will discontinue handling it if Mooie Muntjes has enterd moratorium state, is bankrupt or its business has actually terminated, before a final decision of the dispute was rendered by the Committee.
- If , in addition to the Arbitration Committee Webshop, any other arbitration, recognized by the Foundation for Consumer Affairs (SGC) or the Financial Services Complaints Institute (Kifid) has jurisdiction, the Arbitration Committee is exclusively permitted to handle disputes relating mainly to mail orders. All other disputes can be handled by other Kifid members or organisations approved by the SGC.
ARTICLE 13: ADDITIONAL OR DIFFERENT PROVISIONS
- Additional or different provisions of these terms and conditions may not be to the detriment of clients and should be recorded in writing in such manner that these can be stored in an accessible way on a durable medium by the client.

Presenting products
Mooie Muntjes tries at all times to give a true and as realistic as possible presentation of its products. To accomplish this, Mooie Muntjes is using various graphics programs. However, these programs are never used to enhance the appearance of the products. The motto is: What you see is what you get!

Step 1: Add product to cart;
Step 2: Enter personal data;
Step 3: Agree with terms and conditions;
Step 4: Receive E-mail with invoice and payment instructions;
Step 5: After full payment the product will be sent within 7 days.
Shipping costs
The Netherlands
The shipping costs are always € 2.00 per order to an address within the Netherlands.
Outside the Netherlands
The shipping costs are always € 8.50 per order to an address outside the Netherlands.

* You may of course prefer registered shipping instead of regular mail. In that case send an email to info@mooiemuntjes.nl. The cost of shipping and your invoice will be adjusted accordingly. The additional costs for shipping insurance will in that case be your expense.
Packaging
Mooie Muntjes pays much attention to the shipment. Orders are always properly packaged and shipped in discreet packaging (mostly padded envelope).
Return policy
You can always return a product. To return refers to Article 6 and 7 of the general conditions.
